Based on my recent experience with wayfair, I would still recommend it to a friend. The service wasn’t great but the issue has been resolved in the end. I was tempted to rate it as 3/4 because one of the items was supposed to be a gift which the recipient was excitedly expecting to get. It was frustrating; I did not know if the fault was with wayfair or the delivery company because I was receiving misleading messages before from the delivery service.
