I have still not received this table although paid for. I did speak to Wayfair about this and a confirmation was made that a refund would be available soon. However I don't want to complain too much as I have had nothing but excellent service from all the contacts at Wayfair for which I am grateful. The above table ordered on 14 July did not arrive until 23 July and I had thought it was out-of-stock so ordered another table and chairs. When the parcel arrived for tbis purchase I inadvertently returned what I thought was the table and chairs snd realised the chsirs would not fit under the tsble and so issued a return of them However the second parcel had contained the table ordered on 14 July and was returned in error. I co.tacted the carrier to explsin this and wondered whether it could be traced snd sent back to me. Have heard nothing from the carrier either so assumed this would not be possible. Therefore I have ordered another table more suitable. There have been discrepancies on both sides but at the end of the day I have neither the table I wanted nor a refund of £76.99 paid for on 14 July. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. The five stars are for the helpfulness of your staff in trying to sort out this complicated set of events which lead to me expressing this set of circumstances.
