I purchased my last yoghurt maker in Holland some years back.This was prior to moving to West Africa for a 3 year stint.Living in the middle of the rain forest with no shops let alone creature comforts we had to rely on self reliance and adaptability. I had 2 yoghurt makers at the time that were both in constant use.On leaving Africa I gave them to an African lady who was so appreciative of them.I really missed the home made yoghurt which I think is much better than commercially produced yoghurt.I hope somewhere in the middle of the rain forest there is a family still enjoying their healthy breakfast and more..
