5 stars for the bed. 1 star for Wayfair customer service. The bed was delayed for over a month even though it was in stock. I moved house by the time the bed arrived and Wayfair refused to change the delivery address even though it hadn’t be dispatched. The bed ended up going missing for ages as I then wasn’t at my home address due to moving. Wayfair customer service was not great and advised it would take a week for someone to call me back to escalate the problem. Finally, after a month and half I have the bed and pleased with it. I got this bed for my dogs but they aren’t interested. My cats are obsessed with it. I think the reason the dogs don’t like it is bc I don’t have a rug in the living room for this bed to sit on or partially sit on. Thus, when either of my 65 pound dogs tries to get onto the bed, it kind of slides on the wood vinyl floor and they don’t like that. It’s really high quality. Some people said stuff about nails going through the wood.
