It's a lovely looking bed but i have rated it 3 for 3 reasons. One is came completely flat & squashed down so took quite a lot of shaking and squashing to get it to retain its proper shape back...and still looks a lot flatter than the online picture. Secondly it is smaller than I expected even though got the tape measure out when ordering! Our little dog is only 5.2kg but the smallest size would have been too small...she could have maybe even done with the next size up from what we got. Thirdly it does not feel as solid and sturdy as it looks in the picture online. That makes it looks like it would be a pretty solid structure but it's actually more soft & flexible than I realised it would be...or maybe that's because of how it was delivered, which has just altered its normal structure.
