I decides on this drainer because it was sufficiently large enough to actually get a good deal of items like a saucepan and full size plates at the same time. I was tempted to rate it as 3/4 because one of the items was supposed to be a gift which the recipient was excitedly expecting to get. It was frustrating; I did not know if the fault was with wayfair or the delivery company because I was receiving misleading messages before from the delivery service. But both sides acknowledged their mistakes and were apologetic. They tried hard to resolve the issue. So all is good in the end. Thanks to the team who helped to resolve the problem. Kind regards..
