Half of the packaging came off when it was being brought down the garden path and then the vacuum sealed back split, causing the mattress to expand to full size suddenly while I was trying to get it up the stairs. don't buy it from wayfair website. The quality of the mattress is not good at all. the mattress spring moved. there is hole now. I am writing the review after 1 year of using this product. After inform the customer service i was told the product has 2 years warranty, but the resolution team emailed me, after 1 year mattress has no warranty. not trusted company to buy furniture..
