Terrible as one of the placemats was chipped and package did not contain the coaster. I reported the problem sent pictures. The coasters arrived but no replacement placemat. Update: coasters have been delivered, no placemats, complained again. Update: placemat was due for delivery on 9th April, 13th today and still nothing received.
