The subtle antique finish is offset by the ivory crackle porcelain. This is an unsprung door knob, and therefore we recommend that it is fitted with a double-sprung tubular latch. As with all doorknobs, we recommend this doorknob is used with a longer tubular latch, ideally with a minimum length of 104mm (82mm backset) to avoid scraped knuckles on the door frame.
