Hi the parasol is so nice but when I buyed I red q&a it says the base comes with it but I only received part of my order base is still not here very hopeless Hi I was never able to use it because of not buying base I asked once which base is suitable but never worked out it i would like if instead I claim because it’s under 3 years protection plan could you please help me out and send me suitable base for this as compensation thanks As I am a disabled person and suffer with fibromyalgia I mostly can’t manage things in time and properly I can’t even manage to work out the suitable base and accurate thing in this summer I would like to use it can you please recommend the base for me I needed it by today so can buy for my big day on 6-6-25. Compared with others' metal tubes, our stainless aluminium tube does not tend to get rusted easily under UK humid rainy weather conditions. High quality 180G polyester fabrics and included top vents. Lift slider to extend your parasol outwards. It can be easily and swiftly operated with a crank mechanism. Parasol should be stored on windy days(above 4-grade wind). Not suggest being left outside under extreme weather conditions as we will not take responsibility for any damage caused. Kindly suggest you use a 12KG base(not included) at least to weigh down the sturdy parasol.
