Great gazebo, not too bad to put together, and the instructions were ok. Just make sure you read them fully. You do not get any flashing for when you attach to the wall so we had to seal it ourselves. Also make sure you take the plastic covering off the roof as it doesnt say to do that on the instructions. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.

My parking space is surrounded by fence on three sides and sits under an apple tree. After experiencing one round of severe hail damage and suffering through another fall of my car being pelted by apples, I began the quest for a carport and landed on this Sunjoy model. I couldn't be happier. At 20 feet long, it covers my entire Q7, and the width was perfect for my parking space. I can definitely open the car doors on both sides, and parking between the posts is no problem. Speaking of posts, our handyman built concrete bases for the posts because of the slope of the space. One other thing to know: in the blueprint on page 4, the distance from post to post is actually 227 inches (not 229.13 as stated in the book.) Great design, All the parts were there, had some spares which was nice. Everything was labeled correctly and it all went together smoothly. Only issue was removing the plastic from the roofing. Looks great when assembled but the instructions are misleading. Note when it says cutouts need to be positioned externally, it means the protruding parts on the corner posts need to be on the INTERIOR corners. Dropping a star as there is also a gap between some roof panels where they don't quite match up in one corner, may be remedied by repositioning all roof panels but at this point we are going to live with it!.
