The handles of the serving pan are cast-on and therefore ovenproof without restrictions. Another plus point: wobbly or even broken handles are a thing of the past. The thermal handles supplied prevent burns. In addition, the serving pan has a domed glass lid made of special glass which is heat-resistant up to 200°C. The premium induction base ensures trouble-free use on all common types of cookers. The height of 7.5cm (corresponds to a capacity of 3.8 litres) allows for easy preparation of delicacies such as goulash, braised dishes, vegetable dishes. The wide pouring rim also allows drip-free pouring and draining.
