Very happy with this purchase. I've needed to replace my pans for some time, but couldn't find the right thing. I didn't want teflon, then I saw this pan and thought I would give it a try. So far it's been great. Absolutely nothing sticks to it. It's very sturdy and seems to heat up evenly. I use it more like a saute pan and the deep sides mean no more oil splatters all over the hob. I will be buying more.
