We have owned many woks over the years. Early thoughts are; this is the best by a long way. Heats up very quickly and evenly, no hot spots. The non stick coating is flawless, food slides around without any effort. My wife has been cooking wok meals for at least 15 years. She says cooking with egg ( for example, special fried rice to Thai curries using coconut milk) everything just glides around. No sticking, no hard work, no scraping. Says she wishes she had one of these 15 years ago.
