GreenPan Eco Smartsape Aluminium Non Stick Frying Pan with Dark Wood Patterned Handle

I bought the full set of these frying pans in every size. They are very well made, it’s nice to have a small pan where the handle isn’t heavier than the actual pan which is a common problem - but the non-stick ceramic is honestly the worst I’ve ever used. I have to drown everything in oil if I have a chance of getting them clean, yesterday I spent literally twenty five minutes scrubbing after making scrambled eggs and there is still residue welded to the pan that I can’t even scrape off with a fingernail. I should have just got steel. Really rather disappointed especially for the price.

Have used it for a few weeks now, and am really happy with this pan. It heats up evenly and nothing seems to stick to it. Obviously I don't know yet how it will stand the test of time, but knowing that the coating is PFAS free makes me feel much more comfortable using this pan

My first purchase was a Wok in this style. I like it and so when I needed to replace a frying pan decided to go green and bought this. I do think the pans are rather expensive so I tend to wait for special offers, sales, end of season etc.
