Judge, Stove Top - Kettle

Very well made kettle nice wide base sits on the gas hob and doesn’t wast any of the heat, boils very quickly. Lid it easy to open whistle not too loud. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is the price says including VAT then there is an additional tax added on of £5.82 so what you see is not what you pay. Still cheaper than buying from Judges sale

I bought this as a replacement for my Heritage kettle that kept peeling along the top where the lid is. It looks really nice on my hob, and I love the whistle which reminds me of my childhood. The only disadvantage is that it doesn’t shut itself off like a regular kettle, so you can’t leave it and jump in the shower for instance. That said I knew that when I bought it and have no regrets.
