KitchenAid Go Cordless Hand Blender (with battery)

I owned a corded KitchenAid blender for many years, but this one is a game changer, since you don't need to plug it, just pull it out of the drawer and start cooking. The only disadvantage is that it's not compatible with accessories from the corded version.

The pan protector is a thoughtful addition to prevent scratching. Areas for Improvement The only downside is having to keep both fingers on the lock and on buttons simultaneously.
