2 - Piece Cast Iron Cookware Set

Bought this combo primarily for baking off sourdough - works perfectly. The pre-heated shallow skillet is perfect for tipping the dough into and then covering with the deeper pan. The dough bakes off perfectly - being enclosed, the crust develops much better than it would in an open oven even with the injection of some steam. This pans are beautifully crafted - with a bit of TLC they will last for decades and beyond.

A gift for my daughter who wanted a Dutch Oven. She uses it daily for bread, casseroles etc and wouldn’t be without it. She even brought it on a family holiday!

Wasn't expecting something of such high quality

I've been trying to get a hold of one of these for a while, great for bread, tortilla pies, casseroles. Feels solid enough to get a lifetime out of too.

Excellent product!!!! We are using lid as a pan quite often. Recommend to anyone!!!
