Brilliant

Couldn’t wait to try out salmon fillet and veggies in my new steamer. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with it. Although the meal was tasty, the result would have been the same using a hob steamer and less cleaning up. Cons 1. All through the cooking process steam was bellowing out from the container lid vents. I had to open window, door and my humidity fan automatically came on. 2. After cooking, water was underneath all the food in the bottom of container. 3. Water and residue from the drip tray runs into the main unit, therefore making it difficult to clean. For those reasons I will not be using it again and would not recommend.

It is fab in my eyes, I have binned my 3 tier food steamer as it was awkward to use and clean, it leaked if I touched any tier and steam was awful coming out of each side where you refill. This design is totally different . I cannot believe the difference this has made for me , not only to cook my food beautifully but the time it takes to wash it, this most definitely knocks the socks off my old one.Yes it is more money but you get what you pay for.This is brilliant using the fish setting it cooked my fish perfectly and kept skin on, not had that before ha. I love it, it is of excellent quality and design, food is not sticking to the bottom making it so easy to wash.So easy to set up. It is so much better having just one tier , all concealed , built beautifully so no leakage.There is a warning if the water level needs topping up and a pullout filling point that neatly tucks away when not in use so steam just comes out of the lid. A keep warm once the food is cooked.This does the thinking for you and cannot fault it all.It looks the biz as well.

I like the size of the steamer but the controls for each side make it quite difficult to control. They should take a look at a Ninja airfryer and have something similar.

The first time I used it I was amazed how quickly it heated up and how quickly and well it cooked the food I put in it from fish to vegetables. It is so far the best steamer I have bought. It may also only be compact but as there is only three of us it is perfect

I bought this steamer to replace an ageing old steamer and I have to say this is far superior. It has the option to steam the left compartment or the right individually or both combined. It's quiet and powerful and also quicker than my last one. Very pleased indeed.

I've bought 3 of these. One doesn't work correctly after around 1 month of rare usage, the steam from one side became very weak. Don't know how to fix it, so probably gonna trash it, sadly. Otherwise, solid machine.

I bought this machine very recently. I searched quite a while as I wanted a machine that would look nice in my kitchen, and would suit my needs. I like how tidily it can be stacked so I can put it away as well as leave it out on the counter. Looking forward to many years of healthy food preparation, and trying new recipes.

Superb appliance. So good I bought a second one to give as a present. Everything cooks to perfection and finishes at the same time. Thoroughly recommend it.
