Works as it should nice looking piece

Very disappointing purchase. Always had a Morphy Richards toaster, but this is not a patch on the old one, which unfortunately gave up the ghost after many years of service. I can see myself replacing this one in the coming months. One day it toasts good, the next it's overdone and the setting has not been changed. It's so unpredictable and frankly, it's unreliable.

On opening it today ...I found it chipped where you put the bread in. I am going to send it back or I will scratch myself everytime I make toast

Good looking lightweight toaster, does everything you need.
