1.75L Stainless Steel Whistling Stove Top Kettle

This is an appalling product. It is German-designed (and therefore expensive) but made in China. It is heavy and takes longer to boil than my old aluminium kettle, thus using more gas. The 'whistle', which sounded like a Munich air horn, has packed up so we have to stay with it. When pouring hot water out, it dribbles down the spout and over the table/work top, no matter how much or how little water is in it, so using more kitchen towel. I would not recommend this product unless you want to wait ages for it to boil, stand with it to catch the top when it blows off every other time, and flood the kitchen.
