Really substantial item that can be used for sweet and savoury recipes. Have used mine a lot since purchasing. Well worth the investment....all Staub pans, if looked after well, will last you a lifetime!

This is a great Staub product for making bread, meatloaf, etc. I purchased my first pan to make a recipe from the new Staub Cookbook that specifically recommended utilizing a cast iron bread pan. The results were excellent. So much in fact that I purchased a second Staub Cast Iron Loaf Pan.
