STAUB Cast Iron Plancha, Black

So happy with this griddle. It works beautifully on my induction cooktop. It cleans easily, too. I love the easy maintenance of the enamel. I’m not sure why the only picture in the listing is of the bottom of the pan. I’ve included a couple of pictures of how it fits on two smaller burners on my 110cm cooktop.

Great griddle, good anti stick would just use a bit more grease than usual no stick material. Also make sure you measure distance between fires to ensure this fits. Mine are slightly too far apart but works well all the same.

The La Plancha I purchased did not have a flat bottom. It rocks really badly on my glass cooktop. I don't think it's heating evenly because of it.
