The "PFOA free scratch resistant Polytetrafluoroethylene Platinum Plus non-stick" is complete nonsense. Everything sticks to these pans. I've used Tefal non-stick pans for 10 years and they were due to be replaced, I wish I'd spent half as much on a new set by Tefal.
