Great pan love it highly recommend

Perfect for 1 or 2 person stir fry, doesn't burn the food.

The good bits: Arrived 2 days ahead of advised delivery day. Heavy and sturdy feel to the pan as a whole including the handle which can, on some pans feel flimsy, this is solid and firm. The not so good bit: Used it once to scramble eggs and it's burned around the bowl part of the pan and no amount of scrubbing will remove it, therefore it's not so stainless after all. A bit disappointed after reading the reviews. Back to the drawing board to look for something else.

It is very good for frying and can also be used for cooking vegetables.

I love this pan for stir fries. Good, even heat distribution.

Nice size pan just a shame it sticks so much not quite up to the standard of older stellar pans
