The kettle was pretty but you could not read the level of water in it. Totally useless design! The toadter looked great but was very slow to warm up and only really toasted on one side, had to keep turning tge bread over!!

The toaster looks lovely but on full strength level it does not brown the bread and you have to do it twice to get a proper piece of toasted bread. The kettle also looks nice but the toaster is the no no and so I am very unhappy. I have returned to using my previous toaster and kettle. Therefore these are not fit for purpose and must be returned. Please send return information. R
