I bought the kitchen tong to serve at Christmas dinner time but it’s very stiff and won’t open so not adequate for use, I emailed Wayfair on the 10th January and got a message instantly that I’ll get a replacement by 17th Jan but still haven’t received anything. Very sad & disappointing.
