Really disappointed. The teabags in the packets do not fit properly and therefore you can’t close the lid! What’s the point? If I lie them flat but you can then only store a few. Waste of money. Can you advise?

Its a nice tea box, but the little compartments are too small for individual wrapped tea bags like Twinings. You can only put in 6 as its not high enough for them to stand up.
