I recently purchased a set of cutlery, and I'm genuinely impressed with its quality. The utensils have a nice weight to them, making meal preparation a breeze. This cutlery set was more expensive than I was planning to spend, but the images on the website looked like the cutlery was of a higher class than the set that I was otherwise thinking of buying, which persuaded me to spend a bit more on them. I was disappointed with the "feel" of the items; the knives were more lightweight than my current (old) knives and felt less substantial, the backs of the forks were hollow; these appear to be "pressed steel" rather than casting or whatever method is used elsewhere. I sent them back. I was also disappointed that Wayfair charged me for returning the item. Not like "the other mail order company", who usually provide free returns.
