Impossible to remove water that collects - poor design!

While it looks good and the company has a known name for quality products - this is definitely not one of them. First, after one single use - the discoloration appeared on a bottom of the pot. I cooked pasta and it stucks almost instantaneously to the bottom. After hand washing and drying the pot - it was covered in brown dots all over the bottom. Secondly, the lid handles, are getting hot! WHY THE HECK?! My previous set (much cheaper and less "fancy" brand), which I had almost got 7 years, had never had those issues. I wish I could return the product.
