The lamp itself is just what I wanted and it is beautiful. Service from Wayfair on this occasion has been well below normal standard. I ordered two lamps, only one was delivered, Wayfair promised a replacement if item remained unfound AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME, when the time came to resend they said item was no longer available but the system allowed me to reorder the item at 3 x times the cost of the item I ordered - item was delivered but wayfair are refusing to refund the difference in cost despite sending me an email promising the item would be replaced at no cost to me - disappointed they are now ignoring my emails and live chat agent is refusing to refund as promised - items will now be returned
