Billal 6 - Light Black Kitchen Island Pendant

Have had so many issues with this order. I first ordered this chandelier and the wrong item was sent. Not a chandelier at all but a light that was flush with the ceiling (that my husband had installed before I had the chance to tell him it was the wrong item). I processed a return online and requested a replacement chandelier as I still really wanted this chandelier. Two weeks went by with no replacement received. Went online and was messaging with Wayfair's customer service, and was told that I did not have the return was received but my return was not processed with a replacement, and that I would be receiving credit and would need to order another chandelier separately so I did so. Second order came, still not credit, but it was the correct chandelier, however there was a manufacturing error causing one of the screws not to be able to tighten so there is a gap between the metal pieces. After two months, two instant message chats and two phone calls with their Customer Service, I still have not received a credit for the original item. I am keeping the defective chandelier because honestly, at this point, it's not worth sending back and going through this again. I've had no issues with Wayfair before and love their stuff, but this will make it hard for me to shop here again.

Didnt get to add photos before. Love these. They replaced a very gothic entry light and a dining light that wasnt sufficient for lighting in area. We updated the old gothic fixtures.

The pendant light is striking. We love the look of this in our dining area over our table. The price was fantastic. Other lighting distributors had this similar design for more.

Good product. Easy to install and looks great in my dining room.
