Hi, I wanted to share a review of the light pull cord. I bought it 6 months ago, and I installed it into my bathroom 2 months ago: it gets low use in the house and already it looks worn, and the black band around the middle is cracked and perished. Not good. I bought the product because I loved the modern look and the black band. And it hasn’t stood up to even light use at the moment. I’d like to look into a replacement/ refund.
