I love this item. It looks beautiful and looks very expensive. The crystals look amazing. I have given 4 stars as it’s very fiddly to assemble and incredibly heavy. We also have a couple of chipped crystals although it is very well packaged. It’s definitely a two person job to hang this from a very sturdy mounting.
