The first lantern to arrive was faulty, the sensor was not working. I went on line and filled in a simple form and was immediately informed, that a replacement lantern would be dispatched at once. This arrived in two days and is working perfectly. Excellent service which thoroughly deserves a recommendation. It is not the first thing that I have had from Wayfair and will not be the last.
