Wot a stunning lamp quite bright but lights up room

Arrived and two of the lamp fittings are not working. For £140+ very disappointed and will be sending it back - if Wayfair's system ever updates to allow me as according to the chatbot it can't be returned as it has not been listed as delivered yet (definitely has been) or is outside of the 30 day window (it is not). All round thoroughly annoyed.

Great floor lamp, exactly as picture but be careful regarding bulbs as it came up with compatible bulbs and they were not correct.
