Too small ,one has a wonky piece, trouble returning for refund

One lamp completely stopped working. However in terms of looks, they look absolutely beautiful.

Well the lamp itself looks good and is well made BUT it’s operation is not right because it flickers badly on 2 of the settings, I took a video of it as well but there isn’t an option to add videos on here unfortunately. I’ve changed the bulb today to a completely different brand but it still flickers so not good. It doesn’t flicker on one of the dimming settings at least but it’s not the point
