Azilal Wax Melt/Oil Warmer Burner Lamp

I am not happy in the way i received the item. It appears that the item is used with some oil substance inside and not in the original box but a tatty used box with broken pieces of polystyrene The wrapper was a strip of a card and wrapped badly. I like the lamp, but it should not be sold as new in this state. Maybe it was out of stock and this is a display model because that is what it looks like. There are no instructions in the box with the lamp which again would point to a used item. I tried to get through to Wayfair but to no avail.

Very poorly made. Glue oozing out of everywhere and not wiped away especially on paper windows. Marks on painted wood are very visible and won’t wipe off. Such a shame more care wasn’t taken on such a pretty product
