Brundage 164cm Tree Floor Lamp

My lamp arrived and is stunning. However, it came with only 4 globes as opposed to 6 globes. I have already reported this and got a reply stating that 2 globes would be sent as a replacement and a delivery confirmation email stating an arrival of March 6th. However, I then received another email stating that the replacement can no longer be sent and that a photo must be sent as evidence. Please see image attached. If replacement globes cannot be sent, please advise further. Thank you, Jade McGowan
