This Chandelier looks absolutely gorgeous. Classic but modern. The crystals diffuse the light perfectly to give a lovely glow. It's bright enough but doesn't create a glare. Installation seemed simply enough. Abit fiddly for my electrician but he said otherwise fine. Thr glass rods/crystals need to be hooked on, one by one, by hand. I built the frame for the electrician to put up and then put the rods on after. Initially I did think it would take ages and be extremely tedious but actually, once you get into the swing of it, it's fairly quick and easy. The instructions are abit vague but simple enough to work out. Price was very reasonable during the seasonal sale. There's nothing for me to complain about at all when it comes to the product. My experience with Wayfair however, has been hit and miss. Customer service never get back to you to resolve issues and I was mysteriously charged again for a past order which no one seems to have any idea about. My details were also somehow saved and went through automatically when placing an order which i was worried a out. I’d been looking at this light for months and it didn’t disappoint. I wanted the wow factor this light certainly has that. I have teamed it with a dimmer switch so I can use it without being too bright. The variety of down rods is great as I don’t have a very high ceiling. And an extra glass ball is a bonus.. Julia.
