The first lantern to arrive was faulty, the sensor was not working. I went on line and filled in a simple form and was immediately informed, that a replacement lantern would be dispatched at once. This arrived in two days and is working perfectly. Excellent service which thoroughly deserves a recommendation. It is not the first thing that I have had from Wayfair and will not be the last.. We are soooooo pleased with our new lights that we are almost delaying coming home from work to make sure that the lights will come on as we work our way from the driveway to our front door. My partner is from Denmark and these lights is a nice reminder of "home". The only problem is that we should have bought them in Denmark when holidaying there.
