Aubriana Symple Stuff Open Coil Mattress

Not what I expected at all, asbit was delivered vacuum packed into a tube it caused damage to one side where it will not fill out and is uneven and flattened by the way it was packaged. It looks a big comfortable mattress but in reality it is very springy uneven and when my daughter lays on it it compresses to the size of literally a few inches. The product looks nothing like the photograph. Quality is flimsy, the sides are quite weak, topper is wafer thin and you would always fear that the springs might launch themselves out. Not satisfied at all. The order got delayed twice, after the first delay customer service wrote to me as an apology they would partially refund me when I eventually receive the order. However, 7 days later when the time came, wayfair team said it was not their policy to issue any credits and didn't want to accept the quality issues as well. Moreover the mattress didn't quite fit the super king bed I had and fell short by a good few inches. Poor, poor experience all round.

I could not believe what I actually got I wanted to cry it is cheap and tacky sleeping on it you probly get around a month befor the spring pop through the material as you can feel every single spring please dont waste your money

I really like this mattress. It keeps us cool and is comfortable. We ended up putting a memory foam topper on top which has made it feel like a cloud. It’s good for the price.
