Not happy at all! Left for the right amount of hours before use but still hasn’t reshaped correctly. I can feel the springs around the edge and top. I also go to fall off as the edging hasn’t formed up correctly.

I gave this mattress 2 stars as quality of the outer material and finishing seem to be quite good. This mattress is super soft instead 'firm' as advertised you sink in quite deep. My 13 y old seem to be happy however 2 adults would not have a good night sleep. If you are buying for a child yes good choice but not recomnended for adults where good firm back support is required.

It took nearly seven weeks for my mattress to arrive, with the expected delivery date never updating even long after it passed. I understand that the pandemic slows things, but the lack of clarity was concerning. Then, the mattress I received entirely different to the one pictured. It is about 5cm thinner than described, made from very obviously cheaper materials (I think some sort of tencel is the main fabric for the mattress cover), the components like the little air vents are flimsy and poorly set. It is a very noticeably inferior item to the one that I paid for. Response from customer service was fast, but I was told that they cannot replace it with the correct mattress as it is out of stock. So clearly it was oversold and quietly subbed in with a cheaper lower quality mattress in the hopes I wouldn’t notice. Shady and disappointing service.

Good mattress, good price, firm as wanted, arrive on time and well packaged.
