Randazzo Symple Stuff Pocket Sprung Mattress

Nothing like the photo! This was described as a supportive, firm and sumptuous mattress. The thickness was more like 14cm rather than the 17cm claimed, sides looked saggy so I assume when it was packed it may have been thicker but really disappointed by the overall experience - saggy, slim and unsupportive.

Decent, but fairly expensive after actually receiving it. Quite thin, not measured but I’m sure it’s thinner than advertised. I’ll measure it later and update my review, if it’s the correct thickness I’ll increase the star rating. Bought this for my 2 year olds first bed, can’t see it lasting more than a couple of years. Not really Wayfairs fault, more their poor choice of courier (warning!! It’s god awful Hermes!) and the corona virus, but it took a month to receive, not even dispatched on the eta date, then next eta missed, then lots of phone calls chasing it to find out what’s happening, Hermes probably lost it for a few days as the tracking wasn’t updated for 3 days at one point.

Lovely mattress. Good product and price I would definitely recommend this one.

mattress is fine, what wasn't was the time it took to be delivered and the customer service I received. It took over a month to arrive as Hermes some how lost it, I had to then chase it myself, all wayfair said was that they would arrange a new delivery, which was a further week or so, not even on a next day as I had waited so long already. I barely received an apology and they would not compensate me in any way.
