I am very disappointed with the service I received from Wayfair. After requesting compensation for the poor experience, I was informed that Wayfair does not offer any compensation, not even a small voucher for future use. This is very frustrating, especially after spending my money with your company. To make matters worse, my daughter has been sleeping with me and my wife for 11 days because the mattress we ordered was not delivered as promised. The sleeping conditions have been far from ideal. The delivery company lost the package, and there has been no communication or updates from Wayfair. If I hadn’t called myself, no one would have informed me about the situation. I feel the service has been very poor, and I have lost trust in Wayfair. As a result, I have decided to request a refund. There is no point in spending my money where the service is not up to standard. I have now purchased a mattress elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve your service in the future.
