LIFETIME 6-FOOT ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT TABLE

I’m writing to express my disappointment with both the condition of the tables delivered and the level of customer service I have experienced. One of the tables arrived significantly damaged. The second table also has some minor damage. Importantly, the packaging was intact on delivery, with no visible external damage. While one end of a package was slightly open, it was not the box containing the severely damaged item. This suggests the damage did not occur during transit. What has been particularly frustrating is the delay in response. It took two full business days for the issue to even be acknowledged, and during that time I was unable to access my account to report or follow up on the problem. The lack of timely and direct communication has made this situation far more stressful than it needed to be. It is disappointing that, instead of simply calling to resolve the issue, communication has been limited to slow and impersonal channels. This is especially unfortunate because the tables themselves are exactly what we were looking for. However, the overall experience has been overshadowed by the difficulty in getting support. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, including replacement or repair of the damaged items, and clearer communication moving forward but sadly I fear this will not be the case more a long slow protracted affair

Great for felting . The three different heights are ideal. I have also used it to seat the family when they all came for Sunday lunch. Must order number two now so's I can felt wider things like my hearth rug.

Good quality and functioning well but it came with 8 x 4cm dent on the surface.

I am going to use this as a crafting table. It sits under my window nicely and is very light so easy to move out of the way when needed. It folds up and down quickly and has three preset heights. Very reasonable price and was delivered a lot quicker than the originally stated delivery time. Would definitely buy again.

Excellent sturdy outdoor table with good 3 height adjustments. Should last years.
