No cushions included. Literally every.single. Piece of this product needs constructing by hand! Unlike other products I have purchased in the past from Wayfair that had parts pre built. This is a crazy amount of parts!! Attempted to return due to description mentioning cushions that were not included and the build process being more than expected. Still stuck in y hallway and back and forth on messages that don’t get replied to for days!! Still not collection, still no refund! Missed the event this product was intended for due to delivery issues. The whole process has been extremely inconvenient, I’d say from start to finish but…still not finished! I have enjoyed purchasing from Wayfair in the past and would have recommended, but I’m afraid this is leaving a bad taste ☹️
