Not put this together yet but all the pieces came well packaged, and the wood is sturdy and not thin flimsy pieces like some kennels can be that I've seen. Nice waterproof felted roof aswell. Looking forward to letting my puppy use this.

Another problematic purchase from Wayfair. I ordered the Cale Pet Cage from Archie and Oscar. It was delivered 5 days early while we were on holiday and left with a a neighbour who didn’t have room for it. As it is self assembly All the screws were provided, and you would expect some drilled holes for guidance. Nothing of the kind, so I found myself with more than an assembly job and one I wasn’t prepared for

Good quality product overall, does the job. Only complaint is that some of the screws were too short for the wooden blocks that attach to the underside of the roof, leaving me short of around 10 screws. Instructions could also have done with some improvement as they really aren't clear.
