Although the product arrived 2 days later than stated with damp and ripped packaging, I’m fully satisfied with the product itself. Well constructed, the jumbo size was perfect for my 13yo Labrador. The thick base cushion (removable for easy separate cleaning) and the high walls of this bed are filled with bonded Thermal polyester fiber to insulate your pet from the cold floor and keep it out of draughts. Had this for several years now. The central cushion went lumpy in the wash so I use others inside now. However I wash the outer ring in the bath so it doewn't go lumpy too. The base is plastic and can make the floor sweaty with the heat of the dog, so I put a towel underneath to protect my wooden floor. All-in-all a good buy but not sure whether I would buy again..
