The wrong rug was sent. It was difficult to find the return label and also difficult to speak to an assistant to explain the problem. It has been an unfortunate experience with Wayfair. I await a refund.

Item is listed as 3cm pile but it would be 1cm at the most so not good. Ordered 3 in 2 different sizes and returned as not described.
